From Bukidnon, with Love

Some coffees wake you up.
Ours brew happiness.

MC Coffee is proudly rooted in Bukidnon, where fertile soil, cool mountain air, and patient hands come together to grow exceptional beans. We work closely with local farmers, honoring tradition while embracing craft—so every roast carries authenticity you can taste.

We’re not here to mass-produce. We’re here to make coffee that matters.

From bean to brew, every step is intentional. Every sip, meaningful.

Our Coffee Philosophy

We believe coffee should do more than energize—it should connect. Connect you to mornings that feel unhurried.
To conversations that linger. To the land and people behind every bean.

That’s why we focus on:

Authenticity – No shortcuts, no pretenders

Craftsmanship – Carefully roasted, thoughtfully blended

Origin – Proudly Bukidnon-grown

Because great coffee isn’t rushed. It’s crafted like art.

Brew Happiness

“Brew Happiness” isn’t just a catchy line—it’s a promise in every cup. It means that from the moment our beans are carefully grown and harvested to the instant that rich aroma rises from your mug, we’re crafting more than coffee—we’re creating a mood, a moment, a little daily escape. Whether it’s your quiet sunrise ritual or your mid-day reset, our coffee is designed to lift spirits, spark conversations, and turn ordinary sips into something worth savoring. Because happiness doesn’t have to be complicated—sometimes, it’s simply brewed.

Our Roots

Mount Kalatungan rises as one of the country’s highest peaks at around 2,824–2,880 meters above sea level, forming part of a volcanic mountain range with rich, well-drained soils and dense mossy forests that indicate high organic matter and biodiversity. Its high elevations create a naturally cool microclimate, often wrapped in mist with consistent rainfall and humidity—ideal conditions for slow coffee cherry maturation, which enhances sugar development and complex flavor profiles.

On its mid to high slopes (around 1,200–1,700 masl), Arabica thrives due to cooler temperatures, altitude stress, and fertile volcanic soil, producing beans with bright acidity and nuanced sweetness; meanwhile, slightly lower elevations and warmer zones within the range support Robusta, which benefits from the same nutrient-rich soil and stable moisture conditions. This combination of elevation gradient, climate consistency, and soil fertility makes Mt. Kalatungan not just a mountain—but a perfectly tiered ecosystem for cultivating both premium Arabica and strong, full-bodied Robusta coffee.
